Excellent opportunity to work for an established company as part of a dynamic team of Desktop Support Analysts! Our client is looking for candidates with an outstanding telephone manner and an extremely outgoing, infectious personality to provide desktop support to over 450 users and take complete ownership of problems and queries. Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 years previous experience in a technical desktop support role with demonstrable commercial support of Windows XP, MS Office XP, Active Directory and Exchange. Any experience with TCP*IP, Ethernet, Applemacs or Citrix Metaframe would be a distinct advantage.
